The driver was unfriendly, neither did he say hello or goodbye. He was videocalling (probably with his wife) for long time while driving which lead to dangerous situations on the road !
Harika yolculuktu. Ufuk Abiye sevgiler...
Teşekkürler! Tekrardan Hoşgeldiniz!
Amazing
Thank you!
Fast and convenient way of traveling between the cities. The driver is accurate, the bus is clean and modern. Used the bus for traveling both from Kutaisi to Tbilisi and vice versa.

Thank you.
Nice journey and comfortable bus.
Thank you!
We stopped literally everywhere we had 40 minutes delay, everyone on the bus was super rude Im definitely not choosing this company ever again
Thank you for your comment. Bus has pre defined schedule and pick up points, it is not private charter nor point to point shuttle service. 40 minutes delay is due to traffic. Regarding rudeness, we will investigate, however usually it is just language or cultural barrier. Thank you for understanding.
Very nice ride, quick and comfortable. Departure was on time, one stop during way from Batumi - Kutaisi, where you can buy multiple stuff to eat and to drink.
Thank you!
We had to arrive at the bus stop (they don't use bus stations, just random stops along the road which means no office desk, no restrooms, etc.) only for the bus to be half an hour late (which is ok but you don't know if it will arrive eventually because there is no one to ask, no email notification, they don't pick up the phone, nothing). The entire trip (plus waiting time) took more than 6 and a half hours with only 1 toilet break and there are no toilets on the bus.
Thank you for your comment. If you are departing from Tbilisi, you have a choice to depart from Bus station Ortachala or pick -up point which is more suitable for you. Bus CAN be late due to traffic. this is normal situation, unless it is massive delay, it is impossible to inform each passenger every time. For intermediate stops outside of Tbilisi, attendant ALWAYS calls passengers as bus CAN arrive before or after departure time due to above mentioned. Trip time doesn't include your waiting time at a pickup point. There is no toilet at any bus in Georgia whatsoever, because there are no maintenance facilities for that and there is no promise of toilets on board anywhere at terms and conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for uour comment. We will investigate issue.
Thank you for taking the issue of videocalling serously. I don't mind if he would just did a normal call. But the videocall distracted him because he looked on the scream from time to time. He was also eating while driving. Using just one hand at the steeringweel. As well when he was videocalling. He has a great responsability while driving such a big bus like this. To the passengers and the other cars on the road. For me he is not really aware of that.
We consider safety as top priority. We will investigate further and will check video surveillance to understand what exactly happened. Thank you for notifying us.
Thank you. I was reading in the comments that the issue with videocalling happend before.
I am sensitive to reckless driving in Georgia, because a few yeats ago between Kazbegi and Tiblisi I could have list my life or be heavily injured because of reckless ans dangerous driving. But because the drive of the private car reacted very well and there was probably sitting a guarding angel on the backseat of the car.
Sadly, often first something has to happen (par example an accident) before something is changing. I hope not in this case. I also know, that georgian bus drivers can drive safely.
From Kutaisi Airport to Batumi the minibus driver was such a kind person and drove so well. I thanked him and gave him a swiss choclate, which I brought with me from Switzerland.
Unfortunately this is common issue here. Thank you.
